Hitachi Energy, a global leader in pioneering digital technologies, approached us to revamp their Renewable Energy Transformer Applications. This project aimed to replace obsolete services, optimize data management, and provide a holistic view of transformer health. Following a joint venture between Hitachi and ABB in 2020, structural changes were crucial to meet the demands of increasing workloads and manpower, driving the need for modern technology and streamlined operations.

Naxtre's Contribution: Naxtre developed a high-tech platform using modern technology stacks, ensuring seamless data management and enhanced system functionality. We implemented project management methodologies (SCRUM and Kanban), introduced new development processes, and provided continuous support with DevOps best practices.
